HillFounder and DirectorDan has 11 years Big Four experience with Pricewaterhouse Coopers and KPMG and has many years of successful experience managing international consulting projects in emerging economies. He came to Russia in 1993 while working for PwC and has since spent almost 20 years in leadership positions for both Russian and multinational companies operating in Russia, including 6 years as General Director, Russia and CIS of Intercomp Technologies and 2 years as General Director of International SOS in Moscow. With his extensive experience in building customer service oriented businesses, Dan founded AB Services in 2011 to provide superior recruitment and executive services to multinational and Russian clients in the Russian market.

Lorenz McDougallChief Financial OfficerLorenz has worked in Russia since 1988, when he came as a member of the team that established the Russian practice of Ernst & Young. As a partner at Ernst & Young he gained extensive experience in a wide range of audit and consulting projects, including audit partner-in-charge of the first successful Russian IPO on the New York Stock Exchange (Vimpelcom). From 1998 – 2003 he was head of Corporate Finance at Arthur Andersen. He joined the Moscow Office of Intercomp Technologies in 2004 and headed the Russian operations, subsequently becoming Senior Vice President of Finance for Intercomp Global Services. Lorenz has extensive experience in operations and financial management, including crisis management. He has advised leading companies in Russia on strategy, privatization, finance raising and M&A. He has held senior management and board positions, overseeing corporate operations in high growth environments as well as providing leadership through periods of crisis and company transition. |

Paul Dezendorf, Ph.D.US RepresentativeAs USA Representative of AB Services, Paul coordinates the services of AB Services to US corporations which are establishing or building their operations in the Russian market. He also serves as a vital link between the AB Services team in Russia and our US clients. Paul has many years of experience as an educator and talent developer. His experience in Russia began in 1999 with a US State Department funded project to create the first Master of Public Administration program in Russia. His experience includes work in government regulation of telecoms, ten years of experience in general management roles in the cable TV business in the New York, Boston, Hartford, St Louis and North Carolina markets. He has fifteen years’ experience in university research and teaching, including business and research trips to Russia where he travels frequently. He is active on a number of projects to increase cooperation between the USA and Russia, both in the business and educational spheres. |
